Polette is a real coffee bar on Fransenplaats, opened in 2026 by a former fashion-industry professional turned full-time barista. This concept site leads with that story, backs it up with a full drinks menu and the bar's carrot cake reputation, and closes the trust loop with real Google reviews pulled straight from the neighbourhood.
